The Chinese have a search engine. Its name is Baidu. Apparently It has launched two AI models of its own. The names are as below
● Ernie 4.5
● Ernie X1
According to Baidu, the performance of Ernie X1 is equivalent to deepseek. However the Ernie 4.5 can understand memes and funny jokes etc. Both models come in different handy abilities and features. That is why these models can easily process texts, audio and videos.
We all know that chinese can adapt to anything. They can make anything equivalent to US or UK technology. Just like that the chinese tech giants made the alternative of ChatGPT. Which is DeepSeek.
Although the Chinese AI was made almost at half the price than the artificial intelligence softwares of silicon valley. The technology still suffers from neglect.
On the worldwide level the other companies are not taking enough interest in the DeepSeek AI model. There could be several reasons for this. Such recognition cannot go to the chinese. Because it will draw attention from the US Artificial Intelligence turf.
Chinese software companies made a huge hype about DeepSeek. Just like that they are hyping up Ernie by baidu. The search engine will release the next generation of the Ernie model. Which will have more exciting and unique features.
According to baidu the flagship model has a higher EQ which helps it understand the funny side of the internet. Such as memes and cartoon jokes.
The competition is fierce between China and the US. Because both are making prototypes of each other. The products are somewhat the same but the cost is different. Such as ChatGPT and DeepSeek. Both have flagship voice models. But the DeepSeek one is low on cost and efficient.
All in all the artificial intelligence models are using such technology that it’s taking the internet by storm.
The whole artificial intelligence era is taking new turns. First it was just on the basis of texts. Then came the Chat GPT era. Where it took the internet by shock. Every other tech giant started making the AI alternative of chat GPT. For Google it was Gemini. Then we saw many modifications in the flagships of Gemini and ChatGPT.
But after the chinese DeepSeek, another thing comes to your knowledge that AI can become more powerful and give the exact same results as the ChatGPT in way less money than the existing ones.
